If someone had major heart surgery and was even in a coma for a time, force payment after the person has been placed on disability, to sell all assets including his home to pay the debt? What if the debitor decided not to pay them because they are unable with the money they have to live on. Medical bills are taking all of the money in question and Medicare will not pay past bills. Even the 20% is well over a hundred thousand dollars. Some of the credit card debt was trying to pay the medical bills.

well you can always let your card charge off. it will put an R9 on your credit rating, but at least they won%26#039;t be able to take your house. legally the companies do own the things you bought with the card until you pay the card off. so they can actually come in and take what you bought back.
